✿TERMS OF SERVICE✿
By commissioning me you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
Please make sure you read them beforehand.• I reserve the right to select what commissions I want to work on.
• If the client fails to follow the terms here provided, I have the right to cancel the commission at any time.
• I will not tolerate any lack of respect towards myself or my work: I will cancel a commission if I feel the client’s behaviour is unacceptable.
• I, the artist, retain the full rights to the artwork, unless the client buys Exclusive Rights to the work (read the “PERSONAL USE, COMMERCIAL USE AND EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS” section on my prices page for more info)
• If the client commissioned a piece for personal use they can
-print the artwork as they please
-claim ownership of their character(s) but not of the drawing itself
-use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist
They are in no way and under no circumstance allowed to use the artwork commercially (make money from it in any way).
If a client only has license for personal use and they would like to use the artwork commercially, they can contact me and we can discuss it.
• As the artist of the commissioned piece, I reserve the right to use it personally:
- I can post the artwork on my social media
- I can use the artwork for my portfolio
- I can use it as an example for commission.
• If the client commissioned a piece for commercial use, they are allowed to make any sort of merchandise or other product for sale featuring the artwork. Credit is still required for usage of the artwork.
• You can not use any of my art for AI and NFT nor sell it for AI and NFT purposes.
• I do not allow my work being edited or manipulated in any way. If a client desires to edit my work, they need to consult me first.
• Payment upfront via Paypal or Wise (previously TransferWise), which allows for both card and bank account options. Strictly no refunds.
• As much as possible, i advise my clients to use Wise as it has lesser fees than Paypal.

* Fully NSFW art is negotiable and may add $20 to the base price, so please kindly inform me right away
✿PROCESS✿
• Send a detailed reference and descriptions of the content you want
• I will start sketching once the payment is done.
• Commissions may take at least 1 week to 3 months to be done. (may vary depending on complexity, technical & personal issues).
• Major changes and alterations may only be done during the sketch phase of the commission.
*I will wait for your response before proceeding. Extra revisions will be paid for.
• Final piece will be sent through e-mail

✿PERSONAL USE, COMMERCIAL USE AND EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS✿
• PERSONAL USE COMMISSIONS
Personal Use Commissions are pieces that the client use for non-commercial purposes. The client can print the artwork, show it online (credit is required when possible) and display it as they please.The sale of any type of material featuring or derived from said commission is not allowed.
If the client wants to use the piece commercially after the commission is done, it can be discussed and a fee will be applied.The rates displayed above are for Personal Use only.• COMMERCIAL USE COMMISSIONS
Commercial Use Commissions are pieces primarily intended for or directed toward commercial advantage or monetary compensation. Examples of commercial activities are:- merchandise production
- material used in films, TV, streamed shows
- material used in printed or digital publications
- online or offline advertisements and commercial promotions
- any material created with the intention of making a profitI, the artist, maintain ownership of said artwork for my own personal and commercial use, and the right to display it in my portfolio and socials.The fee for this type of commission is 300% on top of the starting rate.• EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS COMMISSIONS
Exclusive Rights Commissions are commissions that give the client complete ownership of the artwork.
Exclusivity transfers ownership of not just the actual piece of artwork, but and all associated rights (the intellectual property) to the client as well. The use and sale of said piece is allowed only to the client, the possibility for the artist to display the piece on social media and for portfolio purposes will be negotiated with the client.Please dm or email me for this option.
